PRINCIPAL AND MANAGING ASSOCIATE

Lisa Rose, M.S., PMP

Lisa Rose, M.S., PMP, is a Managing Associate and our Director of Business Administration at edCount, LLC. Ms. Rose contributes to edCount’s organizational objectives through intellectual engagement, technical expertise, and staff and company resources management. She has over two decades of assessment management experience and has led day-to-day project execution and customer service activities for several multi-million-dollar assessment projects. Ms. Rose has extensive experience coordinating and overseeing large multi-disciplinary teams, and she has expertise in working directly with state departments of education on large, multi-faceted contracts.

Ms. Rose is deeply knowledgeable about large-scale assessment contracts, having overseen contract management activities for these projects in New York, South Carolina, Georgia, Utah, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico. In addition to her contract management expertise, she also is experienced with overseeing IT, item development, for both general education and alternate assessment, customer service, program quality, publishing, and various other operational teams, including several who were sub-contractors. Ms. Rose has cultivated enduring relationships with her stakeholders, sub-contractors, and clients.

Prior to joining edCount, Ms. Rose served as Vice President State Solutions at Questar Assessment, and as Vice President and Director of State Services at Pearson. She also served as a Senior Program Manager and Support Services Manager at Pearson. Ms. Rose earned her M.S. in Management and Organization from Capella University and a B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, and Sociology from Dana College. Ms. Rose is PMP certified.
